TOPICS:
The Accidental Trainer:
Screaming and biting are behaviors that seem to typify the image of companion parrots. How did this happen and why are there so many birds behaving this way?
Letâ€s Talk Punishment:
Whether listening to training talk or reading popular magazines and online chat groups the training terminology used is often being used incorrectly. The science of behavior change, like all sciences, has well defined meanings for this terminology. Using the terms correctly leads to better understanding and therefore better application of the techniques to training our birds.
